Q: What if I don't have 50 pictures to include?
A: In rare instances, a mosaic with fewer photos will still render. However, we recommend using stock photos to fill in. We will do this for you at no additional cost.

Q: How long will it take to receive my proof?
A: A proof will be emailed to you for approval within 2-5 business days of receipt of your photos.

Q: How long will it take to receive my final order?
A: Digital Only orders will be sent within 1 business day of proof approval. All printed orders have an estimated delivery date of 7-10 days from the proof approval date.

Q: What file size is needed for the mosaic fragment photos?
A: Ideally, the photos should be 100K or larger to yield a clear result in the final print.
